The Influence of Human Relations and Leadership Towards the Work Ethos of PT X's Employees
Abstract
In essence, the ability to approach and use Human Relations must be owned by a leader, leader, manager. Therefore, it can be said that human relations is one of the meanings of leadership. Leadership is also a major factor in influencing the performance of an employee. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of human relations & leadership on the work ethic of PT ABC employees. The central point of human relations is humans, while the central point of human relations in a company is employees, then what distinguishes one human from another is his spiritual nature. Leadership is an ability that exists within a person to be able to influence other people or guide certain parties to achieve goals. Work ethic is a work spirit that is characteristic as well as the beliefs of a person or group. The hypothesis is that there is an influence of human relations & leadership on the work ethic of PT ABC employees. This research was conducted at PT ABC located in Pasar Rebo, Jalan Raya Bogor KM 5, East Jakarta, DKI Jakarta 13760. The population was 800 people, the sampling technique was using probability sampling technique of 10% with a total of 80 people. The data analysis technique used is instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, correlation test, coefficient of determination test, t test and F test. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it was concluded that there is an influence between human relations and leadership on work ethic, this can be proven by the results of F count 37.898 > 3.12 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.
